Ronald McDonald Haus Wiener Neustadt

Cozy lounge area with sofas, table, chairs, and triangular pendant lights.

Since 2024, we have operated our fifth House, Ronald McDonald Haus Wiener Neustadt, at Gesundheitswelt Wiener Neustadt. The five modern family rooms were expanded to nine rooms in 2025. The House provides families whose children are receiving treatment at the MedAustron Ion Therapy Centre with a welcoming home away from home.

In two spacious communal kitchens and further cosy communal and play areas, families can maintain their family life despite challenging circumstances. This lovingly run House is an essential part of recovery for ill children and their families. Here, children receiving treatment live under the same roof as their families – a special feature that makes this House unique.
