Our sixth House opened in April 2026 in Feldkirch. Just three minutes’ walk from LKH Feldkirch, its modern family rooms can accommodate up to 6 families at a time.
The House has a fully equipped communal kitchen with dining area, a play area, laundry room and bicycle and pushchair storage. The modern family rooms provide places to retreat and relax. Here, families can enjoy an almost “normal” daily routine despite the challenges they face.
This home away from home close to the hospital provides families with a familiar environment that is an important part of recovery.

Running Ronald McDonald Haus Feldkirch costs an average of €135 per night and family room. To help cover these ongoing costs, we ask families for a voluntary contribution of €15 per night. This helps secure the future of the House for families to come. No family is ever turned away if they are unable to contribute.
